    4. Cancellations\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    a. By Para42<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    If Para42 must cancel a regular guiding day on Tenerife due to bad weather, you will be refunded the full price for that day. This policy does not apply to special tours or courses.<\/span><\/p>

    b. By You<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    • Right of Withdrawal:<\/span>\u00a0As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel the contract without a reason within two weeks of receiving your booking confirmation.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Exceptions:<\/span>\u00a0This 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made less than 14 days before the tour begins. In this case, rebooking is also not possible.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • How to Cancel:<\/span>\u00a0To cancel, you must send a written notice via email to info@para42.com.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Cancellation Fees:<\/span>\u00a0A cancellation fee will be charged based on when we receive your written notice:<\/span><\/p>

      • More than 4 weeks before:<\/span>\u00a0\u20ac50 processing fee<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • 4 weeks to 2 days before:<\/span>\u00a050% of the tour price<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          maneuvers individually tailored to your level.<\/li>

              • Site Fees:<\/strong> Idro Flycard (\u20ac10 for the entire season; covers take-off and landing fees).<\/li>
              • Equipment Maintenance:<\/strong> Replacement life jacket cartridge after a deliberate
                deployment (\u20ac35).<\/li>
              • Travel & Logistics:<\/strong> Personal travel to the meeting point (outside of VCE pickup),
                food, and drinks.<\/li>
              • Accommodation:<\/strong> Not included in the course price.

                  Pilot-Initiated Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

                  To maintain our small group sizes and ensure quality instruction, we apply the following
                  cancellation fees based on how far in advance you cancel:<\/p>

                  • Administration Fee:<\/strong> \u20ac50<\/strong> for all cancellations.<\/li>
                  • 60 \u2013 31 Days Before Start:<\/strong> 50%<\/strong> of the course fee.<\/li>
                  • Within 30 Days<\/strong> of Start:<\/strong> 100%<\/strong> of the course fee (non-refundable).<\/li><\/ul>

                    Course Cancellation by Organizer<\/strong>
                    Cancellations at Lago d\u2019Idro are rare due to the stable microclimate. However, if we must
                    cancel the course due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control,
                    the following protocols apply:<\/p>

                    • Refund Policy:<\/strong> You will receive an 80% refund<\/strong> of the course fee.<\/li>
                    • Organizational Costs:<\/strong> The remaining 20% is retained to cover non-refundable
                      administrative and organizational expenses already incurred.<\/li>
                    • Notification:<\/strong> If forecasts indicate conditions are unsuitable for safe,
                      high-quality training, we will notify you via the WhatsApp group<\/strong> no later than three<\/strong>
                      days<\/strong> before the course begins.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      3. Terms of Participation and Liability Acknowledgment\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      With Your Booking You Confirm That<\/strong><\/p>

                      • You have a valid paragliding license<\/strong> et IPPI Card level 3<\/strong> or higher.<\/li>
                      • You have health and liability insurance<\/strong> which is valid in Italy.<\/li>
                      • You will provide an emergency contact<\/strong> (name and phone number) on the first day of
                        flying with us.<\/li>
                      • You ensure your glider\u2019s inspection<\/strong> is up to date and will not expire during the course.<\/li>
                      • You confirm you are flying within the weight limits<\/strong> specified for your wing.<\/li>
                      • Your rescue parachute<\/strong> is appropriate for your weight and no more than 10 years old
                        (refer to the owner\u2019s manual for exceptions).<\/li>
                      • Les parachute has been repacked<\/strong> within 6 months of the training start date, unless
